Talent in Southern Africa. Demand everywhere else.
South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia produce thousands of well-educated, English-speaking graduates every year, including accountants, IT graduates, marketers and administrators. Too many can't find graduate work at home. Meanwhile, accounting firms and small businesses in the UK, South Africa, the US and Australia struggle to hire, and their best people spend weekends on processing work.
Ledgerline was founded in 2026 to connect the two, properly. Our founder runs an accounting, tax and business-consulting practice in Southern Africa, so we know first-hand what businesses need from their back-office, and what it costs when it goes wrong.
We decided to do a few things differently: publish our prices instead of hiding them behind a sales call, train every person in a role-specific Academy track, take the risk off clients with a free first week and a replacement guarantee, and invest seriously in training and keeping our people.
Early days, built carefully.
