You are invoiced only after your team member's first five working days.

If someone isn't the right fit, we replace them free within 10 working days.

Month-to-month
Leave with 30 days' notice. An annual commitment saves 5%, but is never required.

Always-on credit
If our power or internet costs you more than 2 working hours in a month, that time is credited.

Fair conversion
Want to hire your team member directly after 12 months? One month's fee, published up front.

Leave cover
Planned leave is covered by a trained bench member who is briefed on your work.
