We shortlist from our trained bench and recent Academy graduates. Each profile includes a CV, test scores and a recorded video interview.
You choose
Interview your favourites on video, or ask us to choose for you. Most clients decide within a day.
Simple agreement
A short online agreement and a Data Processing Agreement. You give access to your systems, and we set up the workstation and security.
Free first week
Your team member starts work. You pay nothing for the first five working days.
Weekly check-ins
Your Ledgerline team lead checks in weekly for the first month, then monthly.
Monthly scorecard
Attendance, output, accuracy and turnaround, reported every month.
What we need from you
A clear role description, access to your systems, and a named person to direct daily work.
What we handle
Recruitment, testing, training, employment, payroll, equipment, power, internet, security and supervision.
If it isn't working
Tell your team lead. We coach first, and replace free within 10 working days if needed.
